Stone Eater was founded by two buddies from opposite ends of the world who bonded over fire, meat, and a shared distrust of anything described as lightweight.

One says “mate.” The other says “bro.”

We looked at the modern grill market and thought, “Cool… but will it survive an apocalypse?” Probably not. So we built one that would.

Heavy iron. Real fire. No Bluetooth. No apps. No inspirational push notifications. Just heat hot enough to make your ancestors nod in approval.

But Stone Eater was never about making just another grill.

We like things that last. Things that are simple, repairable, and made to be used. No unnecessary features. Nothing pretending to be useful. Things you buy once and eventually argue over who gets them next.

There’s an old saying: you die twice — once when you die, and again when your name is spoken for the last time.

That stuck with us.

So we’re here to make things worth passing down.

The grill is just where we started.
